Inspired Thoughts by Waves of Gratitude

There is the possibility to live our life with minimum risk.  We can follow the rules, stick to the plan, and live a good life.  Over the last 3 years I have meet some amazing people.  I would say there are those that are comfortable with their lives, they have achieved success, family and happiness and lead a fulfilled life.  Then there are those I have meet that have taken risks.  That have put everything on the line to pursue a dream.  Followed their gut and completely changed course half way through their life.  They are happy and successful people.  So which life is better, which way is better to go.  I think that for everyone it is different.  Some people live their entire life and never take a risk.  Some pursue risk halfway in an effort to define themselves and their purpose.  For every one of us we move to our own music.  The wind and nature represents different things to us.  To me, being raised by an incredible woman that told me at her young age of 69, “don’t live a life of regret.  Make mistakes, correct or readjust and go on.”  I learned that I would be willing to take a few risks.  Some I pursued on my own, others I was nudged into by circumstance.  However, every bump, bend, setback and success has been a beautiful process of allowing me to unfold into a person that wants to make a difference.  To know that somehow my time here affected someone in a positive way, and if possible made the journey more enjoyable.  For me risk means I grew more, uncovered more, and hopefull will leave more.  This is my daily inspired thought for the day.

Choose Journey over Destination!

Sunday, May 16th, 2010

By Bonnie Ross-Parker

The following message is taped over my desk: It was given to me by a friend. “If you knew where the treasure is would you enjoy the journey as much, or, would you miss things along the way by focusing on the treasure?”

It’s been my experience that regardless of the outcome I anticipate, sometimes the fulfillment comes from implementing a plan rather than actually achieving the goal! Think about a time that you planned a surprise, arranged the details for a vacation, the years you were in college to earn a degree, overcame a job loss or spent weekends looking for the perfect home to purchase.

While every journey of value has its challenges, how meaningful would reaching the destination be if there were no stories or excitement related to the experience? A significant part of getting what you want is in the road taken to achieve it.

While intellectually this makes sense, if you are like me, I get impatient. When will my plans come together? How much longer must I wait to achieve the rewards I desire? Why is it that the closer I get to something I want, a challenge shows up creating a set back? Are road blocks treasures in disguise? Do we willingly learn life’s lessons or are the lessons we learn the result of our having to alter our course to reach our destination? (more…)

Spring Cleaning for Body, Mind and Spirit

Monday, March 22nd, 2010

By Cheryl Nordyke and Kim Wierman

Spring is almost upon us. It is the time of year when we focus on new life as the world comes awake again from the winter dormancy. It is also the time that everyone is thinking about doing that dreaded Spring cleaning. For me personally, I love Spring cleaning because I am one those people that loves to purge. If I don’t need it why do I have it?

I think when most us think about Spring cleaning, our minds automatically go to the garage or storage shed. We think about opening windows wide as we polish the glass and hose down the screens. We think of airing out carpets and laundering the drapes, all of this in an effort to remove the dust and refresh the room.

Perhaps we should think about Spring cleaning ourselves. It may be that we need to freshen up our relationships, thoughts, or attitudes. Maybe there are regrets or feelings of anger that need to be hauled away. It may be that we have not wanted to face a bad financial situation. Regardless of our reason for storing things away the same is true; just because it’s tucked away in the back doesn’t mean it’s not still there.

If we approach Spring as the time of rebirth that it is for the world we can go through the attics and basements of our minds and hearts and see what has been stored there in the back corners that may need to be dusted off and dealt with. What kind of clutter have we been carrying around that just doesn’t need to be there? (more…)

Step by Step Marketing Map

Do you have a marketing map in place that has you on a prosperous path to generating 6-Figures in your business?

Do you have that foundational formula – your must-have core marketing success pieces in place?

Do you know for sure how to chunk down your big vision into doable steps to generate income over the next 30 days?

I want to share something important with you …

It pains me to see coaches and healers marketing like crazy when you’re not even sure of what you’re saying or to see entrepreneurs feeling embarrassed about what you do and acting convinced that no one will pay you what you need to be paid to make a living, let alone the abundance you deserve.

Again, it truly hurts my heart and that’s why I created a class that gives you a clear plan – an inner and outer marketing map. So you can step out to prosperously serve.

You start creating this year’s 6-Figure and 7-Figure success NOW. Not later. NOW.

If you don’t know exactly what you are going to put in place to move you into six-figures (and then 7-Figures) in your business then I want you to be on this call. (more…)
